1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information DeltaQ Dev ("we", "us") collects when you use Rexa ADE, the Rexa website and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Rexa runs mainly on your own computer, and we aim to collect as little as we need to operate the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, avatar, handle and the Google or GitHub identity you sign in with.
• Billing information: your plan, billing period and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Device and session information: device name, operating system, app version, approximate location from your IP address and the time of last activity, so you can manage where you are signed in.
• Usage and diagnostics: basic product analytics and crash reports that help us fix problems and improve Rexa.
• Support messages: what you send us, including attachments.

3. What we do not collect

Your source code, repositories, files, terminal output and agent prompts stay on your device. We do not upload your project contents to our servers. If you connect a third-party agent or integration, the data you send to it is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

4. How we use information

• Provide, secure and maintain the Service, including sign-in, subscriptions and team features.
• Process payments and send billing notifications.
• Respond to support requests.
• Detect abuse, fraud and security issues.
• Understand how Rexa is used so we can improve it.
• Send important product and account notices. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With service providers who help us run Rexa, such as hosting, authentication, payments, email and error monitoring, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• With your team, if you join one: team owners can see members' names, emails and seat status.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. We use limited analytics to measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

7. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or security reasons, such as billing records.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please report any vulnerability to security@deltaq.dev.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your profile and manage devices from your dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond within the time required by law.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect transferred data.

11. Children

Rexa is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. If a change is material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
