Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rexa ADE, the Rexa website, the Rexa CLI and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by DeltaQ Dev ("we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading the app or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a team or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes it.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your account or sell access to it.

3. Using Rexa

Rexa is a workspace that runs on your computer and lets you work with coding agents, Git, an editor and a browser. You may use the Service only in ways permitted by these terms and by applicable law.

• Do not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the app except as the law allows.
• Do not use the Service to build or distribute malware, or to access systems you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Agents and your work

Rexa lets you connect third-party and local agents. You choose which agents run, which tools and files they can reach, and what they are asked to do. You remain responsible for the code, data, prompts and agent activity in your workspace, and for reviewing agent output before relying on it.

Agents are provided by their own vendors under their own terms. We are not responsible for their behavior, availability or output.

5. Ownership and licenses

You keep all rights to your code, content and data. We do not claim ownership of anything you create with Rexa.

We and our licensors own the Service, including the app, the website and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your own development work, for as long as you comply with these terms and your plan allows.

6. Plans, billing and trials

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods and plan details are shown on the pricing page. Payments and invoices are handled by our payment provider.

Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

7. Referrals

We may offer referral rewards from time to time. Rewards have no cash value, can change or end at any time, and may be withdrawn if we find abuse, such as self-referrals or fake accounts.

8. Service changes and availability

Rexa is under active development. Features may change, move between plans or be removed as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the changelog. We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that agent output is accurate, secure or suitable for your purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaQ Dev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeltaQ Dev is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
